Booking cancellation

Any cancellation received within 7 days prior to arrival date will incur the full period charge. Failure to arrive at property will be treated as a No-Show and no refund will be given (Property policy). 
Security / Damage Deposit

A refundable security / damage deposit of RM100 is required. The property charges this before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. Your deposit will be refunded 3-5 working days upon check-out via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property and necessary bank details provided.
House Rules
  1. All units are non-smoking units.
  2. No partying and,
  3. No pets allowed.
  4. Only halal food allowed.
Malaysia Tourism Tax

The Malaysian Government has reinstated the Tourism Tax (TTX) of RM10. 00 per room per night for all foreign passport holders for stays effective from 1st January 2023. The property charges this before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer.
Guest need to ensure the following at check-in
  1. Guest holds booking confirmation with correct reservation details.
  2. Guest has paid refundable security / damage deposit.
  3. Guest has filled up a separate registration form.
  4. Guest has valid photo ID
Recommended Capacity of Guest

All units are designed with a recommended guest capacity based on provided bed and unit size. This is to ensure the best comfort of stay of all guest. Any additional overnight guests may be charged additional cost of stay.
